Cancellation/Rescheduling
Any cancellation or rescheduling request that occurs within 48 hours of a booking start time will carry a fee equal to 50% of the service total. Any cancellation or rescheduling requests that occur within 12 hours of a booking start time will carry a fee equal to 75% of the service fee. Failing to arrive for an appointment without prior communication will result in a charge for the session total.
I understand that emergencies do happen and I reserve the right to enforce or waive this policy at my discretion based on the circumstances surrounding the cancellation or rescheduling request.
In the event that you are sick, please reach out to reschedule your appointment. Staying healthy is how I stay at work and continue to provide services to my clients. When in doubt, caution is always preferred.
In the event you are unable to come for your appointment, I will allow you to send someone else in your place for that appointment time. In this case, I ask that you please communicate with me so I am prepared when they arrive for the appointment.

Client Rights
At Sole to Soul Massage and Body Therapies we strive to create a safe and welcoming space for all. This policy means:
The client has the right to end a session early if they feel uncomfortable.
The client has the right to information and privacy regarding their massage treatments as defined under HIPAA.
The client has the right to be treated with dignity and respect.
The client has the right to ask questions of and to communicate with their therapist regarding treatment.
The client has the right to undress to their comfort level- there is no expectation that the client be completely unclothed during their session unless they wish to be. I follow industry standards for draping. I am always happy to have conversations regarding these standards and to make adjustments/modifications to preserve the dignity and comfort of my clients.
Purpose of Treatment
Services provided at Sole to Soul Massage and Body Therapy are intended to be therapeutic in nature. The following behaviors will not be tolerated and may lead to termination of services at this location:
Sexual or lude comments or actions of any kind, including a request for undraped massage**
Intolerant or hateful speech
**I am trained to perform manual lymph drainage on the breast tissue. This work is ONLY intended for therapeutic purposes and will only be offered if indicated for client wellness.
Sanitation and Hygiene
I sanitize my hands and feet before and after every service. All sheets and other linens are freshly laundered and used for only one service before being laundered again. If you ever have any questions about cleanliness in my office, please communicate these concerns so that I can make necessary changes to make your experience more comfortable.
While l don’t expect clients to shower immediately before every service, I ask that you do not arrive with excessive dirt on your body. Any open sores or wounds must be properly cleaned and covered during your service. I reserve the right to deny service to any client who does not respect these hygiene rules.
